The discounts we offer are for our daily rates. We give a discount for Good Sam’s, first responders, and veterans, and we also give a discount for pets.
What are the check-in and check-out times, and can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Check-in is no earlier than 9 am. Check-out time is no later than 1 pm. Yes, you can request an early check-in or late check-out.
Are there any penalties for changing or canceling a reservation?
There are no penalties for changing or canceling reservations since we take no money. You pay upon arrival. We ask that you notify us if there are any changes.
Are there any rules or regulations regarding noise, pets, or behavior at the RV park?
Yes, we do have rules regarding pets, noise, behavior, etc. Please contact us for the rules.
Are there any restrictions on the types of pets you can bring into the park?
The restrictions are simple: no aggressive pets. We don’t discriminate against breeds. If your pet is aggressive in any manner, it will not be allowed in.
Are there any discounts available for longer stays or frequent guests?
Our rates are designed to give discounts for longer stays.
What types of RVs are allowed at the park, and are there any size or weight restrictions?
All rigs have to look nice and be self-contained (must have black and gray water tanks).
Is there on-site security at the RV park, and what measures are taken to ensure guest safety?
Yes, we do provide security. The property has several cameras installed, and we patrol at different times.
What is the policy regarding campfires or grilling at the RV park, and are there any additional fees or restrictions?
We allow campfires and grilling if they are well-monitored and contained in a fire pit or grill, and there is no burn ban for the area.
Are there any laundry facilities or showers available at the RV park, and what are the hours of operation?
As of now, there are no restrooms or laundry facilities due to a fire. We are in the process of building a new building.
